Is there anything going on in Birmingham on Friday?  Last year in Charlotte they had the pep rally and the street festival with all the midway games for kids.  Will they have something similar this year?  Also, there was a team bar where we all met up.  Any plans for something like this?

Not from the Bowl Game Committee... USF has some plans, tho.

I know there is a party Friday night with open bar, band, etc.  

The charter plane arrives around 11am local time.  Any suggestions for an afternoon activity?
