Cabs are available, but you'd probably have to make a call.  They're probably not just going to be sitting at the curb or anything.  Also, the DART trolleys run all the way from the Sheraton down 20th Street and down to the Southside and 5 Points.  The DART trolley is like a quarter or something to ride.
