All those LSU fans that brought up those Rose Bowl tickets  have to be selling those on EBAY right now. I guess they can try to scalp those tickets to USC now. ****, talk about jumping the gun.

I think they were pledges, not actually purchased ... and it would be smart because you can seel them at a profit.

It was not stupid on their part they were making sure that LSU would get a BCS Bowl. They will now be using that to go to Sugar Bowl. They were deposits not actual tix bought.

They didn't buy them, they made commitments to buy them through LSU, just like they made commitments to buy tix to the Orange Bowl and another one as well.  They never took possession, how could they? :

They may still go to the Rose Bowl.  If OSU and Michigan play in the NC game then the Big 10 will not be sending a representative to the Rose Bowl (2 teams per confernece in BCS limit).  Fox sports is proejcting LSU vs USC in the Rose Bowl, which I think is a pretty good prediction.

Also I think the tickets sold by LSU are provisional tickets.  Probably some LSU fans went through other outlets, but those who went through LSU should be fine if LSU doesn't go.

;D Oh well.  Why cant us USF fans do something like that in the future??? I know that we really dont have much clout right now, but I would love to soon have that kind of power and demand. Maybe next season we can do something like that for the Gator Bowl if we dont win the BIG EAST.
