A place that holds just under 66,000 looks pretty empty with 30,000. And the fans just didn't seem into it. I've never been to a sporting event that had cameramen shooting the jumbotron feed that were as, um, as liberal with what they put on the screen as they were at Raymond James. I'll leave it at that. It was pretty cool to see basically the entire South Florida team go over and trade high fives with the student section when the game was over.

We do have the bucs to contend with. They fill the stadium up even when they loose. Also the Gators are a little over 100 miles away and a lot of area people support them. It's just a matter of time. :

I'll leave it at that.I'm not usually watching the jumbotron (too busy watching his team get beat up).... what's he referring to?I would probably think he is referring to 'eye candy'.In terms of the crowd, I'm encourage by the size of the student section because they will be the ones that fill the stadium up as they graduate and purchase season tickets. What we need (if it's not already in place) are discounted 'new alumni' season tickets that will help that transition. I expect to see our average climb steadily.
