TAMPA  If you ask South Florida coach Jim Leavitt who "The Man" is this year in the USF offense, he doesn't hesitate for a second. Although he's never had an official carry, Barron Collier graduate Moise Plancher will start the season as the Bulls' top running back.

not to take anything away from ricky but i think moises would be the starter if ponton didnt get suspended and was healthy.  ponton is more of a power guy, but in our spread offense i think that moises will be a better weapon.

Not having Jackie Chambers is going to hurt the WR corps. The WRs need to step it up this season. No more of these drop passes. I believe the WRs have lacked proper rhythm due to bad QB play.
