I think we should go with respect theme:

(Front) "USF Football .... Earning Respect 1 game at a time!"

Then maybe 12 footballs with each opponents name on them...

(Back) "Wait until you see what we do in the next 10 years!"

I have ideas but no sense of design on the computer
