By the end of practice, Leavitt was dead tired of some players. Leavitt and offensive coordinator Rod Smith were visibly upset with the Bulls’ effort. WR Amarri Jackson, who was lagging in the practice-ending sprints, was told to leave practice by Leavitt.

Jackson needs to act like a leader or someone is going to take his spot

Maybe he has the "superstar-itis" that plagued his cousin.  Neither were/are as good as they thought/think.

“It was a good practice,†Leavitt said sarcastically. “I’m ecstatic as can be.â€Â

Altron Jackson, former USF Basketball player. I personally liked Altron, he was good for 20 every night. We always knew what we were getting. One of the leading scorers in USF history

I beg to differ on Altron.  That should be ammended to say "We usually knew what we were getting."

I loved watching him, when he tried and gave 100%.  The problem was that he didn't always do that.

Just ask any of us that went to "Alabama F-ing Birmingham" (quoting Murray Bartow)  Altron and BB completely gave up in the 2nd half of that game and Brian Swift/Marlyn Bryant took over and got us back into the game by themselves.

If Tron played with half the hart as Swift and Bryant, it is scary how good he could have been.
