What a great neighbor.  Your alma mater has a stud center that went at the 33rd pick tonight, and you've got a power agent living next door and you don't throw the guy a bone?   If you'd stop whining about USF for a minute you might have been able to set-up an introduction.

Oh well, it seems your just as tough on your neighbors as you are on your alma mater!  Great having you around.
