Only a 1 game suspension, USF and LAE lucked out.

TAMPA, Fla. (April 20, 2004)-USF starting pitcher Leigh Ann Ellis has been suspended for one game for unsportsmanlike conduct following the game against UAB Sunday. Her suspension will be fulfilled in game one of the doubleheader on Saturday against Houston.

Ellis is 32-4 with a 0.80 ERA.

USF will host Houston for a three-game series starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the USF Softball Complex.
