I knew there was a question about his grades I wonder if he will still come to usf after JUCO

There is no telling.  I wish there was some way to retain some sort of rights to these JUCOs.  But the process basically is wide open at that time again.

How about this?  The unqualified recruits can only become free agents if they graduate from the a JuCo.  If not, they must return to the 4 yr school they signed a LOI or sit out a year after transferring from the JuCo.  Seems fair to me.

how about if they sign with a school and then go to JUCO they must go back to the first school they signed with
