do you have rocks in your head?

Andre Hall!!!

He was a JUCO All American and turned down several Big 12 schools to attend USF.

As far as Carlton Hill, give the kid time. Twenty snaps from center doesn't make or break a QB.

What a pure A**Hole you are.  You're little vendetta goes this low?  Everyone has been posting about softball and whether you'll be in attendance for the game.  No word, no mention, no talk about attending and yet you'll throw this crap on the board.

You're pure trash in my book spazza.   Thirty thousand posts and the best you've evolved to is this?  I suppose since it's got a sentence in the post you deserve a clap.  What a joke!

Now that I am done with spazza, I do believe he brought up a fun and interesting topic for the dog days of summer, just in an inappropriate way.

Who was/is Leavitt's best recruit?  As Leavitt will tell everyone he never rates recruits until about 2-3 years after signing.  It's hard to label anyone in the last 2 years as the 'best recruit' since they haven't produced enough or had enough time to be productive.  I look at the 'best recruit' based on the best production.

SO, maybe someone could start a new thread on a similar topic.  I'd hate to have this type of fun on spazza's agenda laced vendetta post.

Let's start with who's Leavitt's best recruit from a production standpoint?  Who's Leavitt's most highly acclaimed recruit (and in my mind it isn't Hill)?

The questions are do transfers count or are they in a seperate category, also let's look at acclaimed recruits who made it on campus but never on the field.

Let's have some fun with this inspite of spazza!

If I were a nattering nabob of negativity - I would say "Rod Smith"...

but we're talking players, and I want to be positive...

I will list, in no particular order, some I feel were great pick ups for the USF Bulls (forgive spelling errors):

Everyone on the first team in 1996 - how hard is it to recruit when you only scrimmage for a year?

Anthony Henry

Chad Barnhardt

JR Reed

Kawicka Mitchell

Andre Hall

Marquel Blackwell

Huey Whittaker

D'Andrew Rubin

Clenton Crossley

Amp Lee

Carlton Hill

Terrance Royal

Stephen Nicholas

the Verpaele Brothers

Mike Jenkins

I don't really know much about recruiting as I don't follow high school football... but these are a few of the players who stand out in my mind - looking back over the first nine seasons.

MOST EXPERTS WOULD SAY HILL WAS A BETTER THAN HALL

HALL WAS A TRANSFER NOT CONSIDERED A RECRUIT

YOU MUST HAVE ROCKS IN YOUR PIPE! ::)
