He cannot recruit like the big boys because he hasn't had the TIME, RESOURCES, or MONEY.

Give it a few years, the program is 10 years old, we don't have the jet airplanes, the nice technology of teh major schools, and we definitly don't have the money that the major schools spend on recruiting.

You don't usually resort to this level of ignorance.

Now, if you said RMC will never win, I'd have to agree that such a scenario is more likely than him eventually winning one with us.

Leavitt, on the other hand, has recruited pretty well.  If anything, its not his recruiting, its his staffing.  You know it, I know it, we all know it.  Once we get some decent offensive personnel, we can groom a QB.  Once we have a QB, a BE championship with a top 20 defense hardly sounds impossible.
