for other USF job

FROM USF TO FINAL FOUR: On Saturday, Connecticut men's basketball assistant and former Bulls assistant Clyde Vaughan (1999-2002) will become the first coach to leave South Florida and reach the Final Four since former assistant Rodney Tention reached the 2001 Final Four with Arizona.

Ironically, Vaughan, who left USF in May 2002 to join Connecticut, and Tention, at USF from 1989-91, are among four finalists who interviewed to become head coach at the better-known USF - the University of San Francisco.
