I was a senior when Dobras & Shahid led us to the Big Dance, losing to Arizona in the first round.  Those 2 were fun to watch, and Dobras was a fellow biz major, so saw him in classes frequently.  Good times. Hope he's ok.

That was such a great time. I had graduated two years prior but I remember going to work the day of the game wearing a USF hat and everyone in downtown saying go bulls!  I think this was the first time that anyone had recognized USF sports outside of the campus. They actually played pretty well that day.

Dobras showed up at one of our tailgates a couple years ago, maybe Homecoming.  Looked like he could still play,  Seemed to be OK.

Same here!  We road tripped to Birmingham for the Sunbelt Championship game.  Great memories from that team!

Dobras has been a frequent visitor to USF MBB games for awhile ... so him last a couple games ago.

Sorry...my "hope he's OK" was meant to refer to Hakim Shahid, as there were questions about his health.

that video was not exactly a thrill to watch or representative of the thunder dunks HS used to throw down-- along with the canon boom that followed (until the Sun Belt made us get rid of that). Awesome times going to the games back then.
