I recall that Hakim had some health issues and was living on the east coast of Florida somewhere.  This info is at least a few years old, though.

Beast of a player, last update was facing illness myasthenia gravis...but again, years ago.  So long ago that McMurphy gave a report when he was a legit beat reporter on USF.

I have looked for information in past to determine HS's whereabouts or condition. Have never found anything on internet.
