I was able to find the game in Pennsylvania on ESPN3.com after seeing Pitt was being shown on ACC (regional game). Logged in with my YouTubeTV account and good to go

Same.  I pay for ESPN+ and Frontier and still says blacked out.. ffs it's 2022.

I had to use my VPN to trick the app to put me in a different city.   I set my location to Miami and am able to stream the game on the ESPN app
