Many alternate spring pro leagues have tried in recent years, but none has stuck.

USFL starts in April. Believe Tampa's teams is now Memphis.

Me, I'm still waiting for the CFL to gear up.   If I'm going to watch semi-pro football played in a half-empty stadium, give me that 3-down, 12-man a side, super-huge field, rouge kickin' craziness from the great white north.
