In case you are missing the festivities... Do yourself a favor and grab some popcorn and turn on Finebaum today.  I can't stand him but it will be a fun one lol.

Saban: “We were 2nd in recruiting last year. A&M was first. A&M bought every player on their team…”

Jimbo Fisher: "Some people think they're God. Go dig into how God did his deal, you may find out about a lot of things that you don't want to know. We build him up to be the czar of college football. Go dig into his past."

Maybe they all get and trouble and the 5* come to USF to stay off the radar.

You know there is a problem if these two are going at it publicly like this.

I can't see this being a bad thing for USF, so it will be fun to sit back and see how it plays out.

Makes me wonder if Saban is headed towards retirement and doesn't give a **** who he takes out along the way.  Someone was going to get hurt feelings along they way if it wasn't him but still seems like an odd way to handle it.

Hopefully those two guys realize they’re part of the problem with college football.

This former 5 star recruits twitter thread exposes some things. I think all SEC schools have been paying players and Saban pointing the finger at another breaks an unwritten honor among thieves situation that has Jimbo heated.

I was listening to espn radio the other day they were talking about the NIL and what big boosters were doing. A car dealer (think Tx?) put players on the payroll. These guys were saying the NCAA is going to form a committee start to look into the concept and see if it could be controlled better than-not controlled at all. This NIL has the sound of something nice for the players, but it could be a real cluster

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
