A look at our Football team for 2022 - New additions, Starting Line-ups & Depth

I pretty much just added the new players to our roster. RB Jason Albriton has a little Mike Alstott in him. At 225, he might be next in line for our bruiser back. I currently count 112 players. I'm sure we have more players that plan on transferring. I'm not sure who else USF can get. It doesn't look like we have space for any more players. I'm still hoping Coach Bowers has reached out to USC Grad transfer DE Jacob Lichtenstein.  But if what's below is who we have to work with next year, I'm good. Bring on Spring Camp!!!!

Exciting to see this defense...the line is almost all new and big upgrades. 

If the O line can continue to develop we have some experience/age for sure at that position.

Year 2 will be huge for our new SC coach from Tenn...we should start to see hopefully that upgrade start paying off next year. 

This is a much improved team over Scotts first year...I would be really shocked if we didn't get 6+ wins next year.

You know should know me by now maaaan. In 2022 we going UN-DUH-Feated! .....I especially garuntee that we will have no losses it from January 1st to September 3rd!

Random thoughts: 

- I can't believe the whole first string O is coming back. That's gotta be good, right? 

- I really hope Timmy improves this offseason and stays healthy next year. Like, gulp. 

- Isn't Reyes supposed to be a stud at RT? Did he redshirt? 

- Overall we have some sick talent and depth at OL - that should be a huge plus

- For having so many WR I hope next year we can be more dynamic with the passing game. Lobs to Weaver are nice but a good D will shut that one dimensional plan down. 

- Switching to defense, we rotate like half our 2 deep and have a new DC - I know we need time to gel but this should be at least an average defense day 1

- I can't wait to see Will Jones play

- Hunter may be a competitive LB day 1, excited about him

I'm just overall pumped for all these Bulls, and welcome to the new ones... the USF Bulls of 2022 are going to be a special bunch and I can't wait for Sept 2022.

I believe they said Dukes will play rb...also Lofton will play guard or center...I think Jones will beat out Davis as well when healthy...

I read slot wr on another site.

I would assume he will be used in slot and RB, mainly Back and moved into slot via motion.
