Unless there are drastic O line changes/upgrades, we cant block well or long enough for a pocket QB.  I read a short time ago that QF was working at a facility that trained high school QB's. Didn't get the name of it. If that is the case, I would think he might be a good recruiting source??

Maybe…BJ had his own camp and it did not help much. I don’t know exactly why I feel this way but I question if Q is really supportive of USF. I just don’t see him around much or mentioned.

Not questioning at all but is there an NCAA site that lists these?

That site's good but just wondering where they get their info from ... if there is an official NCAA clearing house site for this.

Hope we could have kept Marsh....now we go to a sophomore qb backed by some true freshmen qb...yikes.

Yeah Marsh seemed like the prototypical backup QB.

If we we're better than the other team I'd feel confident he could come in and be good enough to win (see Temple)

If we we're equal or worse than the other team he didn't seem to be consistent enough as a playmaker to keep us in it (see ECU)

Well, no doubt McClain is the clear cut QB1 for Spring and Home Opener. We know we have a winner and he can make a difference. He has some issue to clean up, but he has the talent.

We'll have a SO walk-on to back him up and a PWO, forget what college . . . from local High School.

We'll have the two High School QB's coming in . . . not sure if any are early enrollee.

Go BULLS !!!

i am a big mcclain fan but he showed little improvement and has bad bad habits

the coaching staff cannot and must  allow him to run backwards, spend more time in the film room, throw a more accurate ball and lastly be aware of the game clock and situation on the field

i would bring in a jc qb
