He could also make enough money in his contract from ND to last a lifetime even if he gets fired in three years. I am not sure Cincinnati can match the money offer of the big boys.

Been saying that for the past two years on this board. This guy is different…and you can bet he is about to get a pretty sweet raise.

At least he wasn't a co-coordinator who didn't call the plays... HE is also probably respected by the players already on the team.

We've had pretty good luck hiring co-coordinators in the past so let's just see how the CJS era plays out ...

I hope it takes an unprecedented  and drastic turn. I want the guy to succeed, go bowling, and be competitive  year in and out. Nothing shows me he is ready to take that next step. Our recruiting class is near the bottom of the ranking and so was our performance. We need to find some magic In the bottle  asap!
