I think a unified vision from Admin to Coaches/Athletes is going to be crucial going forward.

The L's are brutal but CJS is a really good motivator and speaker. I hope what he says is true about the unified vision that we have NEVER had when it comes to athletics.  Even if he doesn't work out with CJS, what they are doing to align the administration (albeit 15 years late) is so **** important. I really hope CJS turns it around next year and figures out how to coach. His motivation and positivity along with W's will be unstoppable!

If that were true at all wouldn’t someone at some point be motivated?

Well no ****.  He's got next year and if they hire and Athletics minded president we might have a new AD and coach for 2023.

He's not oblivious. Listen to his press conference. He knows he needs W's or he's toast.

Yes now would be a good time to start winning some games especially when the difference in the game tend to be gaffes in getting people on the field or playcalling.

We’ve had a few dates for OCS news to cling to and end up disappointed. Looks like next week will be another

That date is the one MK gave at the event that started this thread. It was confirmed in this TBBJ article from yesterday.
