Like i said before I think the Big 10 and SEC eventually get the top 30 or so programs and form NFL lite. Big 10 will poach top programs from Pac 12 and SEC will take top programs from ACC. All the rest is just rearranging the deck chairs on the titanic.

Of course we all want to be in a P5 conference but short of that, I think an AAC that includes Colorado State and Air Force, plus maybe Army and UAB (in addition to Navy), would be pretty awesome. Having three service academies would be “American,” that’s for sure.

Interesting realignment news ....

Austin Peay is leaving the Ohio Valley Conference for the ASUN Conference next year, ending a membership with the OVC that began in 1962.

Keynote: This move makes Austin Peay the ASUN's sixth member playing football, allowing the conference to qualify for an automatic berth to the Football Championship Subdivision playoffs.

Of course the only thing that sucks about this is having to play against an option offense so much. It’s terrible on the d linemen and teams have been known to lose their game the following week.

Good point however we normally lose the current and prior week as well so not sure it will affect our consistency.
