What’s the sweet spot between a “retread” and training a new(er) dude on the job?  Seems both Willie and Jeff used us to figure it all out. 

I’ll take experience any day.  However, that does not mean Orgeron.

I dunno. At this point, I'd roll the dice on him. He won a National Championship. Granted, that's at LSU with LSU recruits. But, still. He's got an overall winning record as a coach and has won four bowls to losing one.

Jeff hasn't figured it out yet but let's hope he does and his using us works out as well as Willie's did here ....

I should re-word that. USF was comfortable with both learning on the job.  I’m not sure either has figured it out yet.
