Unfortunately, life in college football does not work like that. Not even 5 Jerry Sanduskys and 3 Art Briles events could prevent that from happening.

We missed our chance for reasons that have been discussed.  Just move on.  Hopefully we will be in a better position next time the P5 expands (but don't hold your breath).
