Our rivalry didnt lift them. They simply beat more teams than us. UF, UM, FSU, FAU and FIU all embraced their rivalry. What is the big deal about us having a rival?

I can't imagine all the moves don't get done before 2022.  Recent history suggests that it is very rare that conference moves aren't resolved in a year.  Just negotiation.

Well done, we are in no position to be snobbish about it. Indeed, I suspect we end up only playing them once every 3/4 years due to our own hubris in the past and their schedule.

Eh?  I meant the moves that have been announced will be done before 2022 seasons kick off.  Not that no conference moves will never happen again.  Conference moves have been happening as long as conferences have been around in this country.
