Look, C. was brilliant in the stands during the War on Friday night. They have it refined and clear, and USF needs to get it there this offseason.

Googled around and found this. I know this boards thoughts on TDS but there we're some good suggestions here, I like the student section banging on the chairs before a kickoff so it sounds like Bulls stampeding. But the overall message if just sticking with traditions and not letting them die off after a year is important. Granted it would help if our games we're more full.

Money Downs:

USF calls third downs "Money Downs" as the opportunity to extend a drive or get the defense off the field. The offense yells out “Money” on third downs while the defense yells “Cash” to ensure all players on the field are aware of the situation. The Bulls struggled in both aspects in 2020, ranking 120th nationally allowing teams to convert 50% of third downs and standing 117th converting just 30.6% on offense.

I used to think it was cool when the students would run around the ring between the first level and second level after a win.

I think that kinda died down as we weren't (and still haven't) been winning as consistently.

I also think the Wizard thing is kinda neat but could take it or leave it.

As for War Flamingo, copying another school's tradition and doing it at a lower level with a silly bird that doesn't have anything to do with strength and courage makes it even more of a travesty.  I think it is terrible.

Remember the guys running around the stadium ... seems they graduated and nobody wanted to carry that torch.

We still have the Beef Studs.

Fan of the Wizard.

Go BULLS !!!

It's not that we don't have traditions it's that we have too many crusty old guys that like to complain about them

This crusty old guy doesn't have a real problem with any of those traditions ...... although I do think the Wizard imitators look kind of lame.

So from this list which ones actually still survive? I know the Wizard is there and a few fight songs…others?

It would be great if we could break this "tradition" of getting beat by FBS teams
