While tailgating last night I was talking to a guy who has a friend that works for athletics.  He said the Goat Logo will return for homecoming.   Showed me a picture of a white helmet with a green rendition of the Goat logo.  It looked Kick-Ass.  :1395_metal_tone1:

Wore a cap with goat logo on it to the NCSU game ....... it went back into mothballs.

So like these but with the gold being green? I can get behind that the gold on the white was the only thing I didn’t like

We could also try for the humpback bull. But yes yes and yes we need to embrace whatever tradition and culture we have.

The Brahman Bull.

Our original mascot as far as I know, certainly when I started school there, we were the "Golden Brahmans".  Love that logo.  It was changed when football came about.  That's a real throwback.

I was there at that time too.  My first USF T-shirt depicted the Brahma bull.  Someone posted an image of the same style at one time on here in the recent past.

It was posted by Brad on the same thread I linked to, I have no connection to that logo but I wouldn’t oppose it. For the 25th anniversary I think the first logo in football makes the most sense.
