In my opinion:

1.) OCS

2.) Ray Jay

3.) OCS with a track around the field

On that list I would have Ray Jay 5th

Yeah, not a fan of the track around the field. We have that at UNH now and it really takes the fans away from the action. This pic shows how terrible it is.

Does move the stands back from the field a good ways. I was thinking a combo would be more cost effective and utilize less land. Wonder if a grassy berm( or knoll for conspiracy folk) at one end would be a way to have fans in a party like setting and then be able to expand on that end in future if more seating is desired. Of course, being FL somebody will need to be in charge of Red (Fire) Ant demolition.

Wait…could you even build a stadium that fast? I would think permits alone would take a few months. Another few months for materials. If so with what money?

Dam...the Red Arrow gang are on a rampage today. Now bullsmonkeybusiness has launched one. Tough crowd today. Oddly, I've only given a Red Down Arrow to one guy over the years..only because he was acting like a d***. You know you could be gracious like NEB and just: naw not a good idea. Do that first then go for the throat..dam younger generations.

Love love the berm idea. Navy’s stadium has a small berm and it is always packed with families. Also gave you a green to counteract that red 😎

If true we break in the stadium at home vs Boise State (2025) to start the season.

If open in 2026, we open vs FAU, but it looks like there is a chance that is our 2nd game of the season as we have a TBD date game at UL.

So do people buy tickets specifically for the Berm or is it a standing room only area that anyone with a ticket can walk over to?

Oh man that would be a great location for it.

Probably why it will never happen.

Think it's cool. People always look like they are enjoying the game.
