Also mentioned they want it at the current site of the track stadium. He's way more plugged in at USF than I am so I'm not gonna call BS on those dates, but if true that shows some serious commitment. I've thought of 2025 as absolute best case. If he actually had info on when USF wanted it open, that info wasn't public yet, and he runs a USF blog then why wouldn't he just make post there with the details about the stadium he can clearly make public?
