(Glass half Full Thread) Why I feel USF Football will win 8-10 games in 2021

AP Preseason poll came out today. Our opponents that got votes and where they are ranked:

1.) Gators (13)
2.) NC State (31)
3.) BYU (36)
T4.) Houston (38)
T4.) UCF (38)

Having our 3 hardest opponents in the first 4 weeks has me nervous. Starting 1-3 won't inspire confidence if the games aren't close, granted with this schedule even starting 2-2 could have the players thinking they can beat anyone in conference.

You forgot Cincy (8). I would venture to guess that we have one of the top 20 hardest schedules in all of college football. Half of our opponents are in the top 38 in the country.

Very late to this topic, but I must say I enjoyed the original post.

I also firmly believe the OP started with a full 24 ounce glass of Knob Creek, and it is half full because they drank the first half before posting that.

Well lets hope we win a game against an FBS team and upset one of the teams. I don't want to see a goose egg.

Fall camp porn. Yates stated he wants to be the top D-Lineman in the country. I guess I'll take his word 4 it. Darian Grant hasnt done enough on the field to make me take his words seriously, but he did say the dline are motivated and have all worked hard in the offseason.
