That may be a problem. I think one of the requirements is that all applicants have to know how to use a capital letter when starting sentences and a period when ending them.

This is quick, sudden and unexpected.  

I do remember thinking that Currall was the oldest of the finalists, so he didn't have long before retirement. Two years was even faster than I thought.
