I think the next President of USF will be appt by the governor.  You know, self rule. 

To the Feds, "Don't tell our state what to do".

To Tampa and other cities "I'll tell you what to do".  Mind boggling BS.

And I was going to go with the stats that 70% of the population is neither white nor a man. So, locking one of those up would actually be the diversity and inclusion hire.
