Can't think of anything that would top this.

I would think that the National Championships in various sports would trump this, but it is definitely up there.

I'd say yes. Some will point to the Softball team making the CWS, but think Baseball would be a bigger feat. I think the closest would be our run in the NCAAT in 2012. I think that is still currently our biggest accomplishment.

Because .......? Is there something that makes it easier in Softball to get there? Seems like they're both as equally tough ....

Also, men's golf finishing 5th place in 2015 would be up there, along with the aforementioned Women's CWS appearance.

Yes, in my opinion this would be hands down.

I believe it’s behind any National Championships .

I believe Men’s Soccer made it to round of 8 twice which would match a CWS.

So the men's basketball team reaching the NCAA Final Four would be less impressive to you than a swimming national championship?

Because softball is a second-class sport.

Act like you’ve been there before. Turns out, for many of us, we haven’t been there before.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
