Plenty of swings of the bat.  Still got 24 outs.   But this is why mistakes kill you when you in this game.  All started with piss poor baserunning by Eaton to let the Texas pitcher off the hook

Yeah, he gave up a couple dots in the first and the defensive mistakes killed him.

They gave that guy a double for the dropped fly ball? ... lol ... is that guys dad keeping the book?

What a crappy way to go out as a senior... although not all his fault.

Yes a double on the ball missed by our dudes f-ing up.

Now I imagine their pitcher (soph I think) gets the four spot and settles down after a rocky 1st.  That's how it goes.  Opponent screws up, we screw up worse, opponent settles in and tosses 7 shutout innings.  If I am wrong I will be happy.
