Why is he allowed to stand outside the box and crowd the plate like that?  Rule?

As long as any part of his foot is touching the line when he makes contact with ball, he's fine.  If he gets hit by a ball in the strike zone, it's a strike.

Can only feel good for 5 minutes (both last night and now tonight) to see the momentum disappear. Plenty of time left; but momentum in full UT
