Baseball's a little different in tournaments like this because of the way line ups change from game to game, at at least one critical position. Case in point, NC State loses to #1 seed Arkansas the first game 21-2 and comes back the next day to win 6-5. You just never know ...

I don't understand this at all.  If anyone had said in the middle of the season that this team not only would win the Conference Tournament, with a win no less over ucf in the title.  Then turn around and beat both Florida and Miami in route to advancing out of the Gainesville Regional.  Then turn around and have to play the #2 team in the Country with all their history, and have a terrific 9th inning rally to tie the game only to come up slightly short.  Nothing will ever satisfy them.

Enough of the soap box, I expect another hard fought game tonight win or lose.  This team has a lot of fight and resiliency.  Go Bulls!!

Wolfpack just won again, 3-2, to advance to the CWS ..... Guess someone forgot to tell them they had to win the first game to have a shot.

Sullivan and I threw the same number of innings our senior year. Mine was in 1996 and I was in HS. Times have changed.
