This is the type of game that if we can get up 1-0 we will win 3-0 because when they have to open up more they won't be able to pack in the defense.

I hate to toot my own horn, but I will just leave this right here...

Yep, it’s A&M...I must be thinking about the “other” type of football to be played in 5 months.

My prediction is that we will beat Texas A&M and Oklahoma State en route to the Elite 8 to take on North Carolina. We dismantled a pretty tough CCSU side yesterday. The only area where I saw some room for improvement was on defending set pieces and our corner kicks. Too many wasted corners where they failed to serve the ball into the box. The wind may have had something to do with that yesterday. Otherwise, CDSB has this team dialed in. The way they can control possession with precision passing in tight spaces is really impressive. They have speed on the wings. Nasello requires a double-team on the left wing, which naturally opens up the middle for everyone else. Martinez is an excellent GK. This squad is tough and deep.

Thanks for the perspective. I am looking forward to watching this on Friday. I have followed them pretty much by reading the USF Athletics articles this season. Such a talented team. I hope you are right and they can get to the cusp of the final four and then who knows what can happen. But first things first...get a win on Friday 🤘🤘🤘🤘

It's even more impressive when you think they're doing it without the goat - Viens.
