If USF can win out, they should be looking at a top 4 seed in the NCAA tournament. They still have to face Cincy, and then either Cincy again or UCF depending on how they do in their final game against Houston. A rematch with Memphis in the AAC Final is the most likely outcome at this point and, a win there, would further boost the Bulls' profile heading into the NCAA tourney. A top 4 seed would ensure that they would avoid FSU, the current #1 team in the country, until at least the Quarterfinals, should they make it that far.
