Anyone have statistics on our record against ranked opponents?

No I'm not sure.

Softball has always been one of those programs that is usually good but not great.  We can compete for a CC most every year, but little else.  I know we are only in the AAC and the SEC, but still seems like we could attract top recruits with this Coach.  It all seems so strange to me.

So far, they can’t score runs. No bats at all. Where’s Emma Humplink when you need her?

From what I hear from those who are closer to the program than me, CKE is a prima donna (primo uomo?) who doesn't get very involved with mundane things like recruiting.  He apparently delegates that to his assistants.

Certainly sad, if true.

Softball always starts out slow and heats up once conference play starts.

Early in the season, like this one, is when we play ranked, OOC opponents like Florida and Arizona.

Softball has never won an AAC softball championship and only one in the Big East (2013) with the great Sara Nevins.

I know this isn't everyone's interest, but for us fans it's very frustrating.

Well if that's the case then shame on him, this program could be so much better if he went into these Girls homes and impressed him with his presence of being the National USA head Coach.  Unfortunate if true.

This is not a negative or a positive, but he's also an *******. In my experience, you don't have to be an ******* to be a great coach, but every great coach is an *******. Also, not every ******* is a great coach.
