Will let you know if I have problem again with my Apple phone. Going to transfer all other tickets for game to everybody else to see if it's narrowed down to my TM account.

Okay. Haven't been to a game in a while and got on to transfer tix to some on here and couldn't.

I have spoken to many Android users who were having difficulty. Uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it seemed to work for most.

Is USF still working on it? Or Ticketmaster? Don't know who developed it.

We are working with the developer of the app. I am not sure if ticketmaster is involved or not.

One thing I was told by the ticket operations office is that you can clear the cache from the app in your settings on the Android if there are issues.

For me I have to reload the app every time I want to look at my tickets (Android phone).  So I get to the stadium show my parking pass then I have to delete and reload again before I walk into the gate and again anytime I have to show proof of my ticket/seat.  I'll look into the cache option.
