Nick Saban seems to be able to speak English as well as most of the successful coaches outside of those you mentioned. If you are in the backwoods of a southern state and all of your donors, fans, students, community leaders and recruits either have an accent or are surrounded by those that do I think it sells better than at a city school where that is atypical.

Apparently there are videos they have been showing recruits and people on the team that they have been keeping confidential, it seems they will be making more things public.

You got to go back to Urban in 2014 to find a non country bumpkin NCAA champ coach..... well unless you want to count Scott Frost.
