Yeah...it was supposed to say rb. Both of their contracts are up after this season.

This is one of those things that sounds fun to repeat on a message board, but has no basis in fact. Like Jordan McCloud only started playing QB his senior year or Mike White didn’t play football until his senior year.

Yes, many programs saw him as a DB, but he was a 3 star RB who had offers from FIU, Ball State, Marshall, FAU, Middle Tennessee, NIU, Ohio University... ZERO chance we’re the only school that said he could play RB.

If anyone can prove we were THE ONLY school to offer him as a RB, I will tip my cap to our coaching staff and take back every post I’ve ever made about this, McCloud, and Mike White.

Where did you go to law school?

Meanwhile, I believe MVS is about to be the greatest word in professional sport - veteran.

Mack would be better than McCoy even if he comes back to just 90%.

My brother and I were talking yesterday (he’s a Seminole fan), and we both thought it would be great to have a backfield with Rojo and Mack. Get rid of McCoy and Fournette for sure, AB as well.

The School of Google. Knocked out my degree in 3-5 seconds while I was typing “marlon mack recruiting” and then clicked on the article from his hometown newspaper about his being offered as a RB by UCLA.

Wasn't Taggart responsible for assembling the staff....Reeves, TJ Weist, Kinnan as an advisor....that lead to the GCO? Not sure there was a more perfect offense for Q & Mack to shine in, starting with the 2015 Syracuse game, anyway. Both made it to the NFL. They should be grateful for CWT as well.

Speaking of Taggart's staff, that was quite the group he had assembled in 2015. Aside from the names I previously mentioned, Tom Allen was the DC here that year, which is kind of hard to believe now. A lot of talent on the field as well as on the sidelines during Taggart's tenure here. Don't forget that Skip didn't leave him much to work with. Not sure why some here seem unwilling to give the guy ANY credit. There will probably never be a better, more exciting offense here than the 2015, 2016 teams we had.

That is a good school, I never knew he grew up in Overtown, I understand why Indy is kicking him to the curb with how good Taylor is.  He will land somewhere and be productive, hope he doesn’t lose his burst with that injury.
