MK is all about optics so even if we have enough money to start he is hesitant due to the current financial landscape of the University with the layoffs, furloughs, and the pandemic.  If he breaks ground the academic wing will attempt to crucify him for being so callous on spending millions on a football building.  I see it happening but not until the Rona is in our rear view mirror.
