Jordan Smith switched positions?  Guess I have not been keeping up on things.

Not officially.  I’m only basing what might happen on some comments CJS made at the presser.

He’s not good. Had a good game against a mediocre c defense.

You made a typo. You meant abysmal C defense.

Why is it assumed he's any good.

He may not be.  Just saying he was a high 3star recruit from plant that went to Penn State.  Don’t know if there’s any interest from either party.  Strictly message board fodder.

I wish him the best in his future. Obviously from what we saw he wasn’t a good fit here nor would he be the one taking this program out of the hole it is. We need to find our new Flowers to move on. Obviously with Williams coming in as well as the incoming freshmen Scott is going to use those to find what works for him.

I think it’s a good move for him and USF

I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt UCFs defense which had 6 opt outs and 4 more kicked off the team for disciplinary reasons was beyond abysmal.......Walk ons were playing in the secondary at the end of the year.........bottom line, McCloud is not anywhere close to as good as he played in that game

You don’t bring in a 4 star QB to sit on the bench....

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
