It is. We could start have penalty issues on top of this, as well as losing all games.

IF we win 2 games of beat an actual FBS team or beat one  Division I-A we will have improvement.

Those two left last year. I hope they at least took their academics seriously; they clearly **** on their scholarship opportunities.

I will never forget Horne for the returns at the GT game.

Maybe but when it comes to here the only person that has made things better by getting “their guys” was CWT and he did it by recruiting players ranked higher than the people they replaced

They probably didn’t have players capable to run the offense. So they gave it “lethal simplicity “

I have a hard time feeling good about a kid that showed a ton of promise and then shredded his knee for us being asked to leave, usually when something isn’t working out in life both sides see it and it’s in everyone’s interest to move on. I hope that’s the case here as well but it certainly doesn’t feel good initially and I wish I could be callous enough to celebrate it.

Coach Leavitt was no different honestly. In reality, college football is big business. I wouldn't celebrate it - and down the road hopefully these players understand the real world is just as unforgiving for non-producers (unless you're in a union protected job).

Oh I get it and I know that if people are not thriving it’s best for everyone to help them find a better fit I just think it’s a big jump from well it’s probably for the best to being flippant about the departure. It’s a ****** situation but that’s life.

Are we set with the 20 recruits that have committed?

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
