Have to imagine some QBs transfer out if we hang onto him.

‘Noles defense held Bulldogs to under 100 yards until final drive.

Need to check and see how many of their D are seniors .....

The 6'0" can play in the AAC but the kid is going to have to put some muscle on that 170 lb frame. McCloud outweighs him by 25 lbs.

Listed 6’ 1” 190 so you are probably right with his size, I am looking for a kid with the it factor at QB,  **** the size cart.  Where is our next Grothe, Daniels, Blackwell etc...

I'd actually prefer they redshirt the kid next year and get some lbs on him. This team isn't going bowling next year so better to swap out a true freshman year for a redshirt senior year.

I would agree, however sometimes getting reps and working out the kinks is a benefit, the future is now, if he is the future, big ******* if, then give him the ball.

McCloud repeatedly got hurt last year because he was all bone and couldn't protect himself on the field.

And he had concrete shoes and moved like I do after a hard night of drinking.  You can be slight as long as you are elusive and learn how to avoid the big hit.

If the kid gets here in the spring and puts on the weight, is a better passer, and can see over the line, he could be a player in year one.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

“In my mind, I’m kind of like, ‘OK, excuses over'. We know what we need to do. We’ve got the right team together, and now we move forward, and we’ll evaluate and be accountable to each other, including myself, from this point forward.”
