Roberts is their buddy and teammate so I'm sure their feelings are strong on this situation. They've been bounced around since they came to USF due to coaching. They are enduring several years of being a losing team. Now what happened to push Roberts over the edge? What made him want to leave or was he being told to leave? CJS has been around the horn with players I'm sure he can handle the attitude/discipline situations of young guys. Maybe Roberts crossed a line that had no step back to it. Roberts had a pretty good pedigree coming out of high school and a lot of D-1 interest, he will prob land in a pretty good spot. Otherwise, it's time for this team to move on. I imagine it is very tough trying to coach young men in this day and age.

If the meltdown occurred from him being pissed off at his crappy teammates and holding them accountable, then that’s no reason to tell him not to play anymore. Makes you wonder wtf happened. It could have been from a few plays before as well

I believe he had already been pulled from the game at this point. From what I gathered watching the game his outburst was more than likely about the guy they took him out for having a bust on that play.
