My observation of this offense is what I have mentioned the last few weeks. Weis/Scott are falling into the same trap that Holtz, Taggart, Strong's OCs fell into. Trying to play a traditional offense not an offense geared to smaller and faster personnel. 

Beyond bad QB play, it's not a winning formula here.

Strong should be charged for theft by deception.  Guy wasn’t a coach, and recruited horribly and developed nothing.  Looong way to go to fix this mess
