Noticeably different? He certainly did not cut him loose and let him be Q, however I have suppressed much of the first 2 years so I will take your word for it.

The play and formation selection was there. The backside end was left free on man of those "power runs" which means they were badly read options and not power runs. The ground work was there

He had exactly 8 plays on his armband that night. He had no idea of the total offense at that point in his career.

That was the game that Willie T wanted to call a time out at the end of the game when we didn't have one. Steven Bench signaled the play in and White hit, forget who, at the flag at the goal line. Luckily was in the box for that game. What a miserable night weather wise.

Andre Davis, we were front row behind the USF bench, the last game I attended sober, I was with my daughter and she only had a learners permit so I drank coffee, did not want to risk her navigating downtown Dallas in bad weather.  2 years later she was my DD though 😀

He's known for holding the ball too long and getting sacked. and for his special heavy shoes that make him slower than fat guys

He moves like old Ben Roethlisberger in the boot..

My wife's Rocky cap was very popular that night. Remember Judy high giving everyone after that TD pass.

We just suddenly started lining up in almost exclusively pistol and running read option...
